Equipment

Ingredients

  • 4 sweet potatoes
  • 4 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper

Toppings

  • 4 tablespoon butter salted
  • 4 tablespoon parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Wash the potatoes by hand under cold water to remove any dirt.
  • Using a fork, poke holes all over each potato about ½"-1" deep.
  • Rub potatoes with avocado oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Wrap each potato in aluminum foil individually
  • Pre-heat grill to 350°F and clean with grill brush.
  • Grill potatoes in foil for 45 minutes with grill lid closed. Remove the foil and continue grilling for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are fork tender (about 200°F internal temperature).
  • Slice the top of potato and top with butter and parsley. Serve and Enjoy!

Notes

  • Make sure to wash potatoes well before seasoning to remove any dirt.
  • Poke holes with a fork to allow steam to escape. Otherwise potatoes might explode while cooking.
  • Heavy duty aluminum foil is best for grilling.
