Wash the potatoes by hand under cold water to remove any dirt.
Using a fork, poke holes all over each potato about ½"-1" deep.
Rub potatoes with avocado oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Wrap each potato in aluminum foil individually
Pre-heat grill to 350°F and clean with grill brush.
Grill potatoes in foil for 45 minutes with grill lid closed. Remove the foil and continue grilling for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are fork tender (about 200°F internal temperature).
Slice the top of potato and top with butter and parsley. Serve and Enjoy!
Notes
Make sure to wash potatoes well before seasoning to remove any dirt.
Poke holes with a fork to allow steam to escape. Otherwise potatoes might explode while cooking.
