Smoked Baked Beans with Bacon

These smoked baked beans are easy to make on your smoker and are packed full of flavor. Grab your cast iron pan and get that smoker ready, let's roll some smoke!

– Bacon – Sweet onion – Green pepper – Pork and beans – Brown sugar – Ketchup – Apple cider vinegar – Molasses – Mustard powder

Cast Iron Pan

 Place 12" cast iron pan into smoker and pre-heat to 425°F.

Once the pan is hot, cook the bacon in the cast iron pan. Take out of the pan a couple minutes before it's crispy.

Open those cans of pork and beans and add them to the cast iron of sautéed onions and peppers.

That bacon should have cooled by now, so crumble it into 1" pieces and then top the baked bean mixture with the bacon.
